Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to orchestrate custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated environments. You will own engagements from SOW to production deployment, partnering with forward deployed engineers and executives to shape scope, value, and delivery.

As a founding member of the Claude Agentic Solutions team, you will define playbooks, drive world-class delivery, and translate field insights back to product and research

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI/ML deployments in enterprise settings.
• Experience turning business objectives into technical roadmaps.
• Ability to discuss architecture with engineering and executives.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and procurement teams.
• Track record delivering in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan with milestones, scope, and value hypotheses.
• Lead technical discovery to map workflows and define MVP scope.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution across teams to protect the critical path.
• Define MVP and maintain engineering backlog aligned with success criteria.
• Maintain executive relationships and report outcomes to sponsors.
• Develop reusable delivery assets and patterns for future engagements.
