Austinworks is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work at the crossroads of AI, product, strategy, and customer engagement. You will work directly with customers and executives to understand business challenges, craft growth strategies, deploy AI-powered solutions, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

This highly autonomous, client-facing role involves managing multiple customer deployments, building scalable processes, and partnering with product and engineering to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles with executives or senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, or workflow automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships across a portfolio of 20–30 customer accounts.
• Engage executives to define success metrics and develop actionable strategies.
• Leverage AI agents and automation to drive performance improvements.
• Manage multiple concurrent deployments with competing priorities.
• Lead onboarding, reviews, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate feedback into improvements.
• Help establish scalable processes and playbooks for the customer-facing function.
