Icertis, the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, seeks a Customer Consultant to partner with enterprise customers and translate their legal needs into practical platform solutions. You will guide adoption, share best practices, and help shape how our AI-powered playbooks support real-world contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Experience reviewing NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Experience developing or working with contract playbooks, review guidelines, or negotiation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their legal and operational needs and translate them into effective platform solutions.
• Guide customers in getting the most out of the Icertis platform by sharing best practices and driving strong product adoption.
• Support customers as they implement AI-powered playbooks and prompts through testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Bring insights from customer engagements back to the product team to help shape product enhancements, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Play a key role in building and scaling our Legal AI Center of Excellence, helping develop processes, knowledge, and best practices for the team.
