Job summary

LegalOn Technologies seeks a Legal Solutions Attorney to blend legal expertise with practical AI implementations for in-house teams. Work spans creating prompts, playbooks, and automations across contracting, counseling, and governance, while partnering with customers to optimize workflows.

You’ll train customers and internal teams, ensuring adoption of AI tools and processes. You’ll also feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering to inform roadmaps and new features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal practice, including in-house orLegal solutions experience.
• Genuine interest in AI and prior use for legal work.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively.
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, automation).
• Excellent client-facing skills: empathetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop prompts, playbooks, agents, and automations for contract review, counseling, and governance workflows.
• Collaborate with in-house legal teams to design practical AI solutions and improve processes.
• Lead workshops and training to drive adoption of AI tools in daily legal work.
• Provide SME input to Product and Engineering to align features with customer needs.
• Embed learnings into internal guidance for prospects and customers.
