Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Engineer, Forward Deployment to design, build, and iterate on agentic AI solutions within a designated business unit. You will deploy AI systems, tune prompts, and run experiments to deliver ROI-driven outcomes.

You will work with TPMs and BU stakeholders, build data integrations, and contribute to practice reporting while advancing the company’s AI capabilities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of hands-on software/ML engineering in production environments.
• 4–7 years in customer-facing or operations roles with enterprise AI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and tune AI solutions within the assigned business domain.
• Run A/B experiments and validate ROI targets.
• Collaborate with BU teams to identify workflow friction and deliver AI-enabled improvements.
• Build integrations to CRM, billing, ticketing, and ERP systems.
