Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer to lead customer implementations of AI products. You will configure solutions for dealer systems, train staff, and serve as the calm, credible on-site presence as new AI features go live.

You will own product launches, become a subject matter expert, and work across engineering, customer success, and GTM teams. This role requires 50-70% travel and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration & configuration experience with APIs, webhooks, or config tools.
• Troubleshooting & log diagnosis — reproduce issues, read logs, isolate config problems.
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences.
• Implementation or deployment project management — kickoff-to-go-live ownership.
• Comfort validating and verifying data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end — kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure solutions to each rooftop by translating dealer workflows into product config.
• Validate data flow for customer, availability, recall, and RO before go-live.
• Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption and manage change.
• Run the implementation like a project — manage timeline and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot live, reproduce issues, read logs, and write repro steps.
• Write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments.
• Be the feedback loop — relay field learnings to product.
