T-Mobile seeks an Engineer, Forward Deployment to design, build, and iterate on agentic AI solutions within a T-Mobile business unit. You will deploy AI systems, tune prompts, run A/B tests, and align with TPMs and stakeholders to achieve measurable ROI.

Responsibilities include data integrations to CRM/ERP, reporting, and documenting performance gaps. A background in Python, LLMs, and cloud deployments is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Required)
• 2-4+ years hands-on software or ML engineering in production environments (Required)
• 4-7+ years in a customer-facing, operations, or embedded technical role (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• AI System Deployment & Tuning: Implement, configure, and iteratively tune net-new agentic AI solutions in the domain.
• A/B Experimentation & ROI Validation: Run controlled experiments in live cohorts and document ROI targets.
• BU Partnership & Workflow Engagement: Collaborate with BU teams across care, retail, finance, supply chain.
• Data Engineering & System Integrations: Build integrations with CRM, billing, ticketing, ERP; ETL pipelines.
• Practice Reporting & Requirements Support: Contribute to reporting cycles; document performance and gaps.
• Contributes structured documentation: failure modes, edge cases, performance gaps for practice reporting.
• Participates in rotation planning and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Contributes to peer knowledge sharing; onboarding of rotating FDEs.
• Implements integrations and data normalization pipelines for BU data sources.
• Builds and iterates on components of agentic systems, RAG pipelines, prompts.
• Delivers A/B experiments and documents results.
