Job summary

Equisoft is seeking a Principal, AI for Services Delivery to orchestrate AI across the full implementation lifecycle: requirements analysis, use case definition, configuration, integration, and testing. You will partner with delivery teams across regions to maximize AI value and drive 25%+ effort reductions on carrier implementations.

Based in a hybrid setup with Canada/USA focus, you will lead governance for AI tools, define playbooks, and mentor leads to scale AI workflows.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise software delivery with meaningful time on AI or automation initiatives.
Direct experience across requirements analysis, use case definition, configuration, integration and testing.
Track record of introducing AI or automation into delivery organizations, not just pilots.
Experience leading initiatives across distributed, multi-region teams.

Responsibilities

Set the approach for using AI across the full delivery lifecycle including requirements analysis, use case definition, configuration, integration, and test case generation.
Drive 25%+ effort reduction targets on complex implementations and track progress region by region.
Develop reusable AI-assisted workflows for generating rules and complex SQL, drafting user stories, and automating tests.
Audit project teams against AI standards and report compliance to leadership.
Own data handling and IP risk for AI use on carrier-confidential data and align rollout with regions.
