Job summary

eClinical Solutions LLC is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to guide how engineering teams plan, build, test, and deliver software with AI-enabled practices. You will partner with Engineering, SQA, Product, Architecture, and DevOps to embed AI-assisted development across the SDLC and drive measurable improvements in delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software delivery across cross-functional Engineering, Product, SQA, Architecture, and DevOps teams.
• Demonstrated experience scaling AI-assisted development or AI-enabled delivery for measurable improvements.
• Experience driving Agile and engineering process transformation with improvements to cycle time and quality.
• Ability to communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI-assisted development and AI-DLC practices across Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SQA, Product, Architecture, and DevOps throughout planning, development, testing, and release.
• Refine backlogs and plan sprints to improve story readiness and dependency handling.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work via AI and automation across the SDLC.
• Incorporate AI-assisted workflows and copilots into day-to-day engineering practices.
• Strengthen integration between development and test automation, including API/UI testing.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps and work with teams to resolve them.
• Define and track delivery metrics such as cycle time, quality, and AI adoption.
