Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery.
• Experience leading multi-region teams.
• Experience introducing AI or automation into a delivery organization.

Responsabilités

• Set the approach for using AI in requirements analysis, use case definition, configuration, integration, and test case generation.
• Develop tools, playbooks, and governance for AI across services and regions.
• Drive 25%+ effort reduction targets and track progress across projects.
• Train delivery leads on approved tools and workflows.
• Audit projects for compliance with AI standards and report to leadership.
