Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience leading programs and working with cross-functional teams.
• 3 years of experience delivering presentations at the executive level.
• Experience with AI or ML projects, tools, or infrastructure.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management promoting customer adoption of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements with strategic customers, establishing program structures, milestones, sprint plans, risk tracking, and delivery cadences across distributed teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery, owning executive communication and escalations.
• Partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and sales to align priorities and clear blockers, enabling engineering teams to focus on building.
• Advise on change management, operational enablement, and rollout planning to drive adoption and bring AI solutions from concept to production.
• Leverage AI to streamline briefings, analysis, and reporting, helping build repeatable workflows, methods, and agent skills across engagements.
