Job summary

Google LLC is seeking an AI Activation Lead to own the delivery and business success of AI engagements with Google Cloud's customers. You will partner closely with engineers, solution architects, and sales to manage milestones, sprint planning, risk tracking, and executive cadences, ensuring measurable business value across engagements.

You will lead change management, rollout planning, and adoption strategies, while translating technical progress into compelling business stories for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience leading programs with cross-functional teams.
• 3 years delivering presentations at executive level.
• Experience with AI/ML projects, tools, or infrastructure.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management promoting customer adoption of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements across distributed teams.
• Serve as primary contact for customer delivery, managing executive communications and escalations.
• Partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and sales to align priorities and unblock blockers.
• Advise on change management and rollout planning to drive AI adoption into production.
• Leverage AI to speed up briefings, analysis, and reporting, building repeatable workflows.
