Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services is seeking an AI Activation Lead to own the delivery and business success of AI engagements with Google Cloud customers. You will partner with engineers, solution architects, and stakeholders to manage end-to-end delivery, executive communication, and rollout planning to translate AI concepts into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience leading programs and cross-functional teams.
• 3 years delivering presentations at the executive level.
• Experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning projects, tools, or infrastructure.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management promoting customer adoption of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements with strategic customers. Establish program structures, milestones, sprint plans, risk tracking, and delivery cadences across distributed teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery, owning executive communication and escalations. Lead steering committees to align sponsors on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and sales to align priorities and clear blockers, enabling engineering teams to focus on building.
• Advise on change management, operational enablement, and rollout planning to drive adoption and bring AI solutions from concept to production.
• Leverage AI to streamline briefings, analysis, and reporting, helping build repeatable workflows, methods, and agent skills across engagements.
