Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services seeks an AI Activation Lead to own the delivery and business success of AI engagements with Google Cloud's customers. You will partner with engineers, solution architects, and sales to manage executive sponsorships, milestones, risk tracking, and rollout planning, ensuring measurable business value and broad adoption of AI solutions.

You will translate technical progress into a compelling business narrative for customer and Google leadership,

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years leading programs with cross-functional teams.
At least 3 years delivering executive-level presentations.
Experience with AI/ML projects, tools or infrastructure.
Experience in business development or customer adoption growth in AI.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements with strategic customers.
Serve as primary delivery contact, managing executive communication and escalations.
Partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and sales to align priorities.
Advise on change management and rollout planning to drive AI adoption.
Leverage AI to streamline briefings, analysis, and reporting; build repeatable workflows.
