Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking an AI Customer Engineering Manager for the Strategic ISV segment. You will lead a team of AI experts delivering outcomes from discovery to deployment, partnering with AI sales and account teams to craft tech strategies for focused ISVs.

You will identify market trends, drive demos and PoCs, and prioritize opportunities for Forward Deployment Engineers. You will work with Google's largest ISV customers to provide trusted technical advice and help accelerate AI workload

Qualifications

Experience owning outcomes and decision making in ambiguous problems.
Experience leading teams or mentoring others in technical settings.
Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and tool-use patterns.
Experience with customer-facing technical conversations, demos, or workshops.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Customer Engineers focused on Strategic ISVs; drive culture and AI expertise.
Partner with Sales to develop technical go-to-market strategies and joint co-innovation plans.
Drive technical wins across ISV ecosystem; align with Product for roadmaps and feedback.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior customer stakeholders and advocate AI adoption.
Balance leadership with operational excellence; oversee prototyping, PoCs, and AI integration architectures.
