Google is seeking an AI Customer Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering AI outcomes for Strategic ISVs from discovery to deployment. You will partner with AI sales, craft technical go-to-market plans, and push adoption of AI workloads while removing blockers.

You will foster technical leadership, influence cross-functional teams, and build executive-level relationships to realize business value and expansion for Google Cloud AI products and services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in leadership (e.g., people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching).
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and agentic design patterns.
• Experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping, or workshops with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of AI experts delivering AI outcomes from discovery to deployment for Strategic ISVs.
• Partner with AI sales and account teams to build AI tech strategies for focused accounts.
• Drive AI workload adoption, influence product roadmaps, and remove blockers.
• Develop trusted technical advisor relationships with senior stakeholders at customers.
