Accenture in the United States is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI-driven business reinvention, build client relationships, and define data strategies that unlock growth and competitive advantage.

You will lead large-scale delivery, align talent and operating models, infuse responsible AI, and develop roadmaps with measurable business value. Travel up to 80% and a Bachelor's degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years in AI/Data Strategy with enterprise data, talent strategy, value case development, data management, and data analysis.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 4+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 4+ years of large-scale delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure AI/data strategy to build/optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and platform blueprint.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver strategy with revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan to leverage ecosystem partners, defining operating model for innovation culture.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
