Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred for some roles.
• Minimum 5 years of AI and Data Strategy experience, including enterprise data strategy, talent strategy and roadmap development.
• Minimum 5 years of high value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leading workstreams, meeting deadlines, and large-scale global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision for AI, GenAI and data-driven business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI and data integration.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to optimize data assets and platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Develop building blocks for an AI-first organization including tech and operating models.
• Create business cases, roadmaps and revenue or cost-takeout opportunities.
• Incorporate Responsible AI and ecosystem partnerships into strategy.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to operationalize AI solutions.
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and revenue opportunities.
