Accenture in the United States is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help leading organizations reinvent their enterprise through AI and data transformation.

You will shape vision, build trusted client relationships, and define AI-first roadmaps, data platforms, and responsible AI practices while guiding multi-disciplinary teams. This role emphasizes program management, delivery excellence, and market-facing leadership across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in AI and Data Strategy space with data strategy, talent, data management, and responsible AI.
• Minimum 4 years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting.
• Minimum 4 years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 4 years of large-scale delivery experience.
• Nice to have a Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as trusted advisor on AI adoption.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI technologies.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks for AI-first organization: tech, platform, and operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile, and roadmap including revenue upside and cost-takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap; plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
