Job summary

AItoolnavio seeks an Associate Director, AI & Applied Solutions in the United States to lead practical AI, data, and data science applications that drive measurable client value. You will architect generative AI systems, prototype agents, and shape the AI ecosystem while mentoring teams and engaging senior clients.

Responsibilities include engagement leadership, hands-on delivery, and technology strategy, with a focus on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management across industries.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive professional experience with consulting or strategy background.
• Hands-on AI, data, and analytics delivery experience with real users.
• Experience building generative AI apps and intelligent agents.
• Exposure to financial services and other industries is a plus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to design quantitative and qualitative analyses with AI capabilities.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage project teams across industries.
• Design, build, and demo AI-powered prototypes and tools.
• Shape AI technology stack and promote DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Drive measurable business value through AI-enabled transformations.
• Mentor colleagues and promote AI adoption within the firm.
• Present complex concepts to executives with clear business narratives.
