Job summary

Anblicks Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead evaluation, architecture, prototyping, and delivery enablement of AI-powered business solutions in a hands-on capacity. You will translate ambiguous problems into practical blueprints, validate feasibility via PoCs, and guide developers through implementation.

The role covers generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, automation, predictive models, data integration, and responsible AI controls across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery with architecture leadership.
• Proven AI solution delivery including LLMs, RAG, agents, or ML-enabled products.
• Hands-on software engineering in Python and APIs/cloud-native tech.
• Ability to translate business problems into measurable use cases and architecture decisions.
• Experience with prompt design, model evaluation, observability, and secure deployment.
• Strong enterprise data architecture, SQL, data quality, and data-access controls.
• Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance.
• Clear written and verbal communication to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers and performing architecture and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Use-case discovery and prioritization to define outcomes and opportunities by value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness.
• Solution blueprinting across generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, automation, and predictive models.
• Detailed architecture covering model interaction, data access, APIs, identity, observability, security, and operations.
• Proof of concept development or guidance to validate feasibility, value, quality, and risks.
• Developer enablement through design walkthroughs, reference patterns, and code reviews.
• Platform and model assessment against enterprise requirements (cloud AI services, data platforms).
• Embed Responsible AI, privacy, security, auditability, and governance into gates.
• Stakeholder communication of decisions, trade-offs, and progress to leaders and executives.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures, templates, and guardrail patterns.
