Job summary

SSA & Company is seeking an Associate Director, AI & Applied Solutions to lead hands-on AI, data, and data science initiatives that deliver measurable client value. You will architect and prototype Gen AI-powered apps and agents, shape SSA’s tech stack, and mentor colleagues across engagements from C-Suite to front-line teams.

You’ll partner with engagement leaders to design analyses, build prototypes, and translate AI outputs into actionable business impact, including revenue growth, cost

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI/data analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on building Gen AI apps and prototypes shipped to users.
• Exposure to financial services or retail/healthcare/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to deliver advanced analyses augmented by AI.
• Build prototypes—apps, agents, copilots, RAG systems with modern tools.
• Shape SSA’s tech stack and develop internal AI accelerators.
