Jobgether is partnering with a leading firm to hire an Associate Director, AI & Applied Solutions in the United States. This hands-on leadership role focuses on applying AI, data science, and software engineering to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable client value.

You will architect generative AI systems, explore large language models, and drive AI-enabled transformation for revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive professional experience.
• Experience supporting AI, data, and analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI applications and LLM prototypes.
• Exposure to financial services or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams and client interactions to deliver AI and data solutions.
• Design and prototype AI-powered applications, agents, and RAG systems.
• Develop and advocate AI technology stack and reusable IP.
• Translate technical analyses into actionable business insights and financial impact.
• Mentor colleagues and promote AI adoption across engagements.
