Job summary

SSA & Company seeks an Associate Director, AI & Applied Solutions to lead engagements, mentor teams, and deliver AI-powered analytics for clients across industries.

You will shape AI strategy, build prototypes (agents, copilots, RAG systems), and translate technical work into clear business outcomes, with a focus on data engineering and MLOps. Willingness to travel weekly, including international projects, is expected.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking/PE preferred.
• Experience supporting AI, data, and analytics initiatives, including Gen AI prototypes shipped to users.
• Exposure to financial services, retail, healthcare, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to design and deliver AI-enabled analyses across operational, strategic, and economic dimensions.
• Serve as day-to-day client face, building relationships and guiding teams.
• Apply problem-solving and disaggregation to solve complex client challenges.
