Deltek, Inc. seeks an experienced AI Data Scientist to design, build, and optimize enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and multimodal models. You will innovate AI copilots, agents, and governance frameworks to enable scalable business outcomes.

The role focuses on AI innovation, evaluation, and deployment rather than traditional analytics, reporting, or BI. Collaboration with Platform and Engineering teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/ML/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years with Agentic AI, Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, evaluate, and optimize enterprise AI solutions.
• Develop AI copilots, assistants, and RAG architectures.
• Implement agentic workflows and task-driven AI systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI in production.
• Establish evaluation and governance for responsible AI.
