Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of AI Strategy & Transformation to shape the enterprise AI and data agenda for the organization. You will partner with executives and AI leaders to identify strategic opportunities and translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

You will drive governance, operating models, and executive communications while managing risks and aligning initiatives across councils and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, Chief of Staff, or strategic planning.
• Familiarity with AI and generative AI trends.

Responsibilities

• Shape and accelerate enterprise AI and data agenda.
• Partner with executives, AI leaders, and stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities.
• Establish governance and operating models; translate AI/data priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Drive enterprise alignment through the AI Council and Data Management Council.
• Collaborate with council co-chairs to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate workstream/sprint sessions; manage portfolio and risks.
• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into strategies and improvements.
• Advise leadership on AI priorities, risks, and operating models; develop executive communications.
