- 8+ years in operations & technology with a strategy focus.
- Experience leading global programs and multi-stakeholder delivery.
- Strong communication and influencing across levels.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complex programs.
- Experience with AI, data management and tech modernization is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to develop strategic initiatives and governance.
- Oversee financial planning across divisions, budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate expense savings, headcount planning and approvals.
- Lead performance management via OKRs/KPIs.
- Prepare for leadership forums and executive briefings.
- Manage vendor partnerships for co-innovation.
