Job summary

NexusOne is the converged data platform for the AI era, headquartered in Atlanta. This role is the delivery and technical operations owner for NX1’s strategic accounts, ensuring we translate business problems into engineered solutions and drive value from day one.

You will own the rollout program, engagement roadmap, governance, and margin, while coordinating with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and customer executives to land outcomes that matter.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer-facing solution delivery, consulting, or forward-deployed role.
• Operationally rigorous. Strong track record of delivering against customer needs — not activity-shaped.
• Has personally owned a customer's outcome end-to-end at an enterprise account.
• Communicates with precision across levels. Same person can hold the engineer's whiteboard conversation, the VP-level steering committee, and the C-suite QBR without changing who they are.
• Bidirectional translator. Translates customer requirements into engineering deliverables and vice versa.
• Problem ownership mindset. Owns issues until resolved, regardless of ownership.
• Consulting EM intrinsics paired with founder mindset. Builds playbooks, not templates.
• Has worked inside startup or scale-up environments with evolving org charts.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery program for 2–4 strategic NX1 accounts with 5–10M in revenue.
• Manage gross margin for the portfolio and surface risks early.
• Lead the weekly operating rhythm with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Own the documentation surface for each engagement (plan, RAID, runbooks, roadmap).
• Define the engagement playbook and ensure artifacts are reusable across engagements.
• Translate customer requirements into a concrete engineering scope and manage trade-offs.
