Job summary

Nexus Cognitive Technologies in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Delivery and Technical Operations Owner for NX1. You will own the end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of strategic accounts, translating business problems into NX1 solutions, and driving program governance, margin, and customer outcomes.

You will stand up delivery plans, manage scope, coordinate architects and engineers, and maintain executive relationships to ensure customers win.

Qualifications

5–8 years in customer-facing delivery roles.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale engagements.
Translate business problems into technical requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication to executive levels.

Responsibilities

Stand up and own the delivery program for NX1 engagements: roadmap, milestones, dependencies, governance, cadence.
Run weekly operating rhythm with internal and client-facing meetings; produce grounded artifacts.
Own the documentation surface for each engagement (plan, logs, roadmap).
Translate customer requirements into engineering scope; manage trade-offs and commitments.
Define customer outcomes, health signals, and quarterly business review cadence.
Partner with CRO on renewal/expansion strategy and cost-to-serve awareness.
Define the NX1 engagement playbook and improve artifacts for future engagements.
