Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, engage stakeholders across IT and business units, manage budgets and PMO governance, and drive Agile execution across multiple workstreams.

The role requires a decade of IT/data program leadership, strong communication with executives, and proficiency in Agile methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs.
Experience budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide overall program leadership for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including governance bodies.
Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance.
Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development and release planning.
Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge activities.
Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple tech workstreams.
Communicate program status and recommendations to senior Guidehouse leadership.
