Job summary

Expert Technology Services seeks a senior PMO leader to oversee large, complex enterprise programs. You will direct cross-functional technology, digital, data, analytics, platform, or business transformation initiatives with a focus on governance and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires senior-level program leadership, experience with Agile/SAFe delivery, and AI-enabled delivery acceleration tools across regulated environments when applicable.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PMO leadership for large enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technology, data, analytics, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and communication across business and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery and AI-enabled delivery acceleration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large, complex enterprise programs as a senior PMO leader.
• Drive governance structures and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, analytics, and operations.
• Manage program plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Influence outcomes in matrixed organizations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Apply enterprise delivery expertise including AI leadership and modern PM practices.
