Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, engage stakeholders across IT and business units, manage budgets and PMO governance, and drive Agile execution across multiple workstreams.

The role requires a decade of IT/data program leadership, strong communication with executives, and proficiency in Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs.
• Experience budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
• PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including governance bodies.
• Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance.
• Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development and release planning.
• Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge activities.
• Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple tech workstreams.
• Communicate program status and recommendations to senior Guidehouse leadership.
