Job summary

Guidehouse in Bloomington, IL seeks a Program Manager to lead a large regulator-facing data and AI modernization program, delivering end-to-end oversight across IT and business streams. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance while coordinating with stakeholders, PMO governance, budgets, and Agile execution.

You must have 10+ years of experience leading large IT/data programs, strong budgeting skills, and PMI certification.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs.
• Demonstrated budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
• PMI-ACP or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners and governance bodies.
• Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance.
• Establish PMO governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Lead Agile program execution, roadmap development, release planning, dependency management.
• Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge activities.
• Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple workstreams.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
