Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large regulator-facing data and AI modernization program in the McLean, VA area. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, engage stakeholders across IT and business partners, and manage budgeting and PMO governance in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in large IT/data programs, holds a PMP or PMI-ACP, and is eligible for a US public trust clearance. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years leading large-scale IT/data programs.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners.
• Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting and contract performance.
• Establish PMO governance, reporting and performance metrics.
• Lead Agile program execution including roadmap and release planning.
• Manage resources, staffing plans and surge activities.
• Oversee delivery quality and risk across multiple technical workstreams.
• Communicate status, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
