Job summary

The ideal candidate will serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in early phases, scaling teams of up to 50 professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in agile methods.
• Experience with federal government client projects and delivery.
• PMP and CSM certifications required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year modernization initiative as PM and SM.
• Grow and manage teams up to 50 personnel.
• Craft deliverables and program roadmaps; set milestones.
• Drive long-term consulting sales through delivery excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership across client and company.
• Champion PM best practices, agile methods, compliance, security, AWS, and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and remove roadblocks.
