Qualifications

• 10-12+ years delivering data, analytics, or AI engagements.
• 3+ years in customer-facing delivery leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or equivalent lakehouse platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for the customer with executives and engineers.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and data engagements aligning business objectives with technical solutions.
• Prepare for customer meetings with research, deliverables, and actionable recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture including data ingestion, modeling, governance, and AI agents.
• Mentor engineers and translate customer needs into actionable direction for distributed teams.
