Qualifications

• 10–12+ years delivering data, analytics or AI engagements.
• 3+ years in customer-facing delivery leadership.
• Hands-on Databricks or lakehouse experience.
• Strong SQL skills and data schema knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery for customer executives and engineers.
• Own end-to-end AI and data engagements aligning business goals.
• Define delivery plans, milestones, risks and logs.
• Mentor engineering teams and manage offshore components.
• Present designs and trade-offs to stakeholders.
