Accenture is hiring a Delivery Lead – AI & DATA in California to guide the delivery of advanced AI and data solutions. This role blends technical expertise with strategic delivery, shaping delivery strategies and supporting teams to achieve excellence.

You will be a trusted advisor, lead complex programs, support sales from opportunity through closure, and ensure high-quality delivery across multi-disciplinary teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of current AI and data technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Need a deep understanding and experience working with AWS technologies including Data, AI, Infrastructure, integrations, and development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for AWS AI & DATA engagements, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the sales process across key deals from initial opportunity to closure, contributing to solution content and delivery approach.
• Act as the face of delivery to customers, leading orals, supporting Statements of Work (SOW), building high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of those programs.
• Oversee the quality assurance of delivery progress as projects transition from sales to full-time delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and best practices.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the latest solutions and technologies in AI and data and AWS, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Focus on developing industry and functional expertise to build credibility and deliver tailored solutions that address specific client needs, especially for our clients in Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Communication Media & Technology.
