Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Decision Science Manager in California to lead end-to-end data science projects, leverage advanced analytics and AI, and drive growth. You will manage global teams, engage stakeholders, and bridge business with technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in DS/ML/AI, strong leadership, and experience with cloud platforms and tools. Travel up to 80% and a path to develop talent within the organization are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights.
• Experience serving utilities clients or related finance/regulatory context (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substantial work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Data Science, AI, Analytics initiatives and programs.
• Manage onshore and offshore Data Science & ML teams.
• Bridge business and technical domains for internal/external use.
• Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
• Lead sales solutioning for Data Science & ML opportunities.
• Customize DS/ML/AI solutions for specific business problems.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s network with strategy, consulting, and tech teams.
• Develop DS/ML/AI talent within the organization.
• Identify AI use cases and create transformation roadmaps.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption and governance.
