Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a senior partner sales leader to expand cybersecurity, cloud, and AI offerings across the Americas. You will translate customer needs into joint opportunities, manage partner ecosystems, and drive revenue growth through strategic alliances.

You’ll collaborate with partner executives, OpenAI account teams, and field sellers to build repeatable, high-value deployments and scalable offerings that accelerate customer adoption of AI-powered security solutions.

Qualifications

Experience delivering revenue through enterprise partner sales, alliances or business development in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI

Responsibilities

Own commercial results: grow revenue through partner relationships, build qualified pipeline, maintain forecasts.
Build partner plans and practices: create joint business plans and commercially viable offerings with partner executives.
Lead joint customer sales: coordinate co-sell activities from discovery to close with partner sellers and OpenAI teams.
Develop partner champions: nurture executive sponsors and field sellers to enable selling and delivery of AI-enabled security solutions.
Turn cyber and AI use cases into credible offers: validate capabilities, security outcomes, and delivery readiness.
Improve execution with evidence: feed lessons from deployments to product, tech and GTM teams.
