Job summary

Acliviti is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead AI and CX transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This remote US role drives delivery from mobilization through go-live, coordinating architecture, data, AI, and change management across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise tech project management, strong AI fluency, and the ability to translate complex concepts into business outcomes. Remote-first with global client engagement.

Qualifications

5+ years in project or program management within enterprise tech, digital transformation, CX, CCaaS, SaaS, AI, or consulting.
Experience leading complex, customer-facing technology programs with multiple workstreams.
Experience with AI, automation, conversational AI, GenAI, analytics, or emerging technology initiatives.
Understand the lifecycle of an AI-enabled solution from use-case to deployment and optimization.
Able to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of CX, CCaaS, AI, and digital transformation programs end-to-end.
Coordinate architecture, engineering, integrations, data, AI, testing, and change management.
Translate AI concepts into business decisions for stakeholders.
Establish governance, RAID logs, and program cadence.
Manage multiple workstreams and ensure alignment to objectives.
Monitor AI performance metrics and ensure value realization.
Lead client relationships and executive updates.
