Job summary

Acliviti LLC is seeking an Implementation Architect to lead the design of complex CX, CCaaS, and AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures and collaborate with clients, managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure effective delivery.

The role emphasizes technical leadership across discovery, requirements, design decisions, and implementation oversight, with a remote-first, cross-functional team working across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, CCaaS, or related fields.
• Strong experience designing enterprise technology and integration solutions.
• Expert-level experience with CCaaS platforms such as NICE CXone and Genesys Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with business, IT, and operations stakeholders.
• Define architecture, technology components, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to implementation teams and review changes for architectural impact.
• Support testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation reviews as the design authority.
