Job summary

Claritev in McLean, VA seeks a Lead Program Manager, AI Transformation to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives that advance business objectives, improve operations, and deliver measurable value. You translate strategy into an integrated transformation roadmap and align multiple workstreams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.

Partner with senior leaders across technology, product, security, finance, and compliance to govern programs, manage risks, measure outcomes, and realize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 10+ years in program leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience with AI, data, cloud transformation; governance and risk familiarity.
• Ability to lead through influence and communicate exec-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI transformation program from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and maintain an integrated multi-year transformation roadmap across functions.
• Establish and operate program governance with executive steering and risk management.
• Coordinate matrixed teams to deliver AI strategy, data readiness, and adoption.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and sequence AI opportunities based on value.
