Job summary
Purple Drive LLC seeks a Gemini Enterprise CX Solution Lead to architect and deliver AI-powered CX transformations on Google Cloud. You will own the technical strategy, design scalable, production-ready architectures, and secure technical wins while guiding delivery across complex enterprise environments.
In this role you will partner with Capgemini, Google, and client teams to translate strategy into robust solutions, drive technical discovery in sales cycles, and ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in contact center technical presales or related role.
- Experience architecting CCaaS and AI-driven CX solutions (GECX, Connect, Twilio, Genesys, Khoros).
- Knowledge of IVR, ACD, WFM, CRM integration, chatbots, NLP, RPA, analytics.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform, CX, and Generative AI tech stack.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end AI-powered CX architectures on Google Cloud.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design during sales cycles.
- Architect and integrate CCaaS and AI CX across platforms with CRM and analytics.
- Guide delivery teams from POC to production, ensuring quality.
- Align Capgemini, Google, and partners on architecture and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement for performance, scalability, and CX outcomes.
