Weave, a leader in AI-powered customer success, seeks a Manager of Customer Success - AI to lead a fast-moving team and own a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. You will mentor CS professionals, drive retention, AI adoption, and translate usage into business value.

Hybrid role reporting to Director of Enterprise CS, you will optimize AI configurations, partner with executives, build ROI stories, and influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS roles with mentoring experience.
• Hands-on AI workflow configuration and telephony or scheduling experience.
• Translate usage data into ROI and present to executives.
• Experience managing multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Elite verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success professionals.
• Manage a strategic book of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Align AI solutions with client workflows and growth objectives.
• Analyze operations to reduce friction and maximize AI utilization.
• Craft ROI-focused business reviews and executive-ready QBRs.
