You will translate requirements into user stories, collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and engineers, and help drive Agile delivery and governance for AI programs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of BA experience in technology, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering measurable business value within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe or hybrid).
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong collaboration across business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, risks, and process improvements.
• Translate challenges into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and reviews with cross‑functional teams.
• Support Agile product delivery, backlog grooming, and UAT activities.
• Assist with AI-enabled initiatives, governance, and value realization.
