Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with AI expertise in Alpharetta, GA. You will partner with stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to identify business opportunities, define strategic AI requirements, and translate complex challenges into practical AI-powered solutions.

You will evaluate AI use cases, build business cases, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable ROI while adhering to responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or related role.
Experience leading requirements-gathering and process improvements.
Practical AI, ML, automation, analytics, or data projects experience.
Ability to translate AI concepts into clear business language.
Experience writing user stories, requirements documents, and specs.
Experience with process modeling and documentation tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and AI adoption opportunities.
Identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases based on value and ROI.
Translate needs into actionable requirements for AI and tech teams.
Develop business cases, feasibility analyses, and roadmaps for AI initiatives.
Gather and validate requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define AI model objectives, success criteria, and data needs with data scientists.
