Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced General Counsel to help evaluate and improve AI-driven contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining. This remote, part-time role focuses on technology transactions and requires hands-on experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.

You will translate complex legal reasoning into clear feedback for AI systems, collaborate with product and research teams, and ensure high-quality contract analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of in-house legal experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated negotiations and redlining.
• Review AI-generated contract responses.
• Evaluate contract language for risk and commercial impact.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI contract analysis.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria.
• Collaborate with product and research teams for data and guidance.
• Translate complex legal reasoning into actionable feedback.
