Appsierra Group is seeking a General Counsel for a remote, part-time role focused on AI-driven contract review, negotiation, and redlining. You will assess AI-generated responses and develop evaluation criteria for legal performance.

The role requires substantial in-house technology transactions experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate complex legal reasoning into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, review, and redlining skills.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios.
• Evaluate whether proposed contract language identifies legal and commercial risks.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI-generated contract analysis.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks for drafting, reviewing and redlining tasks.
• Apply practical judgment to assess contract language and risk allocation.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine evaluation data and guidelines.
