Appsierra Group is seeking a Contract Attorney on a remote, part-time basis to evaluate and contribute to contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows. You will assess AI-generated responses and provide structured feedback on interpretation, risk, and negotiation quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in-house experience in technology transactions, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

3+ years in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
Significant experience negotiating and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Strong contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to translate legal judgment into actionable feedback.
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
Draft, review, negotiate, and redline technology-related agreements.
Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios for legal accuracy and risk.
Provide detailed feedback to improve contract analysis quality and precision.
Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for tasks.
Collaborate with research and product teams to refine guidelines and data.
Apply consistent legal reasoning across a range of contract scenarios.
